Just desserts

For dessert tonight I had the choice of chocolate cake, chocolate covered donuts, ice cream, or nothing. What's a girl to do? Make your own healthy dessert that's what!

1/2 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries thawed in microwave...I'm sure fresh would be fantastic, too
3 Tablespoons Kashi GoLean cereal
1 packet no calorie sweetener

Combine everything in a bowl.
Stir.
Consume.
Enjoy!
